ST Mentor collects personal information that users voluntarily provide through forms, surveys, bookings and email correspondence. This may include name, email address, current grade or career stage, application year, survey responses, booking details and information relevant to mentoring sessions.

This information is used to respond to enquiries, arrange and deliver mentoring sessions, prepare for portfolio review calls, improve ST Mentor resources and provide relevant follow-up information where appropriate.

ST Mentor may use third-party services such as Calendly, Google Forms, Google Drive, email providers and payment providers to manage bookings, submissions, communications and payments.

Applicants should not submit patient-identifiable information, confidential recruitment material, screenshots from recruitment portals or third-party personal data.

Information submitted for mentoring sessions will only be used for the purpose of providing the requested support and related follow-up. ST Mentor will not sell applicant data.

Users can contact contact@stmentor.com to request access, correction or deletion of their personal information, subject to any legal or administrative reasons for retaining it.

Marketing or update emails will only be sent where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe or request removal by contacting contact@stmentor.com.
